We were also invited to the Ickenham Co-Op for a morning to help them promote their soft plastic recycling scheme. We also offered reuseable fabric shopping bags to customers. As we are currently campaigning about plastic packaging in supermarkets, they were happy to receive a letter from us asking their CEO to urgently consider removing plastic packaging from as many of their fruit and vegetables as possible.
Big Green Week 2022
We were invited to take part in Christ Church Uxbridge 50th Annivesary Celebrations during the Big Green Week September 2022. We held an information stall highlighting the Climate Emergency and added our name to their wall.
